Høvik Eiendomsdrift strengthens PHM Group’s presence in Drammen
PHM Norge AS has acquired the share capital of Høvik Eiendomsdrift AS. The acquisition is in line with PHM’s strategy and strengthens the company's presence in Norway's Drammen region.
Høvik Eiendomsdrift is a provider of various indoor and outdoor maintenance services, including technical building services, renovation work and outdoor maintenance.
“We are pleased to strengthen our position in Drammen and the surrounding region. The region is experiencing strong growth, driven e.g. by the new hospital and increasing population. Residential construction activity is high and there are many new projects under way. Høvik Eiendomdrift AS has operated in the region for a number of years and has a good understanding of the needs of the region and its customers. We are pleased to bring a new company into PHM Group.
