The acquisition of pur98100 Gebäude-Service offers new growth opportunities in northern Germany
Pur98100 Gebäude-Service, joined PHM Group in spring 2024, is a company with an extensive expertise in residential and commercial property services in Flensburg and the surrounding area in northern Germany. The acquisition is in line with PHM's strategy and harbours great growth potential.
“Dial 98100 and get any kind of professional property services” – this is the meaning of the company’s name, and this is what the customers rely on in the past 40 years. Pur98100 offers cleaning, maintenance, gardening and winter maintenance services in Flensburg and the surrounding area. Special services, such as Playground TÜV that ensures the safety of playgrounds, round off the service offering. A special feature of the company, which is located in the northmost federal state of Germany, is the ability to act as a small hub for northern Schleswig-Holstein in the future.
“I am delighted to be handing over pur98100 to Mathias Rehbock, who has already been working in management for five years,” says the previous owner Jens-Uwe Eckert, who founded the company in 1984. “With him as the new pur98100 Managing Director, it is easy for me to retire, as he is very experienced and our customers and employees have trusted him for years.”
