PHM Group strengthens its position in the Dutch property management market through the acquisition of NMG Vastgoed

PHM Netherlands has acquired NMG Vastgoed (“NMG’’), a leading Dutch specialist in property management, homeowners' association management and real estate brokerage. The acquisition marks an important step in PHM's growth journey in the Netherlands.

NMG employs approximately 130 professionals across six offices and serves institutional and private investors, housing associations, developers and homeowners’ associations. NMG will continue to operate under its own brand, with the same local teams and customer-focused approach.

“NMG is an excellent fit with the PHM Group culture. Together with Pilaster, VvE Beheer Amsterdam, JWA Beheer and JWA Rijnmond, NMG strengthens the local platform we have been building in the Netherlands. We see significant opportunities for continued growth and look forward to building the future together with strong local businesses,” says Ville Rantala, CEO of PHM Group.

PHM’s operating model enables local companies to retain their own identity, customer relationships and entrepreneurial culture while benefiting from the scale, expertise and development capabilities of the wider group. PHM supports its local companies through investments in IT, sustainability, knowledge sharing and operational development.

“One principle was central to this decision: safeguarding the continuity of NMG while creating opportunities for future growth and development. In PHM, we have found a partner that shares our vision, understands our market, and is committed to investing in the future of our organisation,” says Bart Brulot and Mandy Wouters, Managing Directors of NMG.

“We warmly welcome our new colleagues from NMG and look forward to continuing our growth story together”, says Ville Rantala.
