PHM Group becomes one of the leading property management providers in Germany
With the acquisition of the long‑established property services provider Heinrich Bossert Immobilien, PHM Group is now one of the largest property management service providers in Germany. In addition to its headquarters in Munich, Heinrich Bossert Immobilien has offices in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Karlsruhe. Through this acquisition, PHM further expands the scope of its residential property management services in Germany.
The client base of the new PHM partner company – well known nationwide for its expertise in residential property management – includes major institutional investors, family offices, foundations and private owners. The Heinrich Bossert Immobilien team currently manages a nationwide real estate portfolio comprising more than 32,000 units.

As part of their long‑term succession planning, the shareholders and managing directors of Heinrich Bossert Immobilien sought long‑term development prospects for both employees and the company. “PHM Group’s strategy is explicitly focused on further developing local companies with the resources of a large group – this aligns perfectly with our vision,” says Christian Arnholdt.
