PHM Group continues its growth outside the Nordics and welcomes Marnach Hauswartung GmbH as the second PHM partner in Germany
The acquisition of Marnach Hauswartung marks PHM Group's market entry within the Berlin metropolitan area and strengthens the group’s position in Germany. Marnach Hauswartung offers holistic facility maintenance for mainly housing associations and property management.
One year after PHM Group took its first step into the German market for property management with the acquisition of Hamburg-based Schultz Group, it is continuing its growth in Germany with the acquisition of Marnach Hauswartung. The Berlin-based specialist in cleaning, maintenance and gardening services, has joined PHM Group on 2 October 2023.
Marnach Hauswartung was founded in 1983 by Peter Marnach, who is still managing the company. “For me, the decision to join PHM Group is like the transformation from an individual to a team player within a really strong team. On the one hand, we maintain our strengths as a medium-sized company, such as flexibility and close personal contacts with our local customers. On the other hand, we benefit from the advantages of a strong community whose members share the same entrepreneurial mindset and values“, says Peter Marnach.
