Golden Shine Oy strengthens PHM Group’s cleaning services in Southwest Finland
PHM Finland Oy has acquired the share capital of Golden Shine Oy. The acquisition is in line with PHM Group's strategy and strengthens the company's cleaning services and special cleaning expertise in the Turku region and the wider Southwest Finland area.
Golden Shine Oy is a specialist cleaning and window cleaning company that has been operating in Southwest Finland for more than 10 years. In addition to special cleaning and window cleaning services, the company’s range of services includes also maintenance and basic cleaning services.
“The acquisition opens up a wider range of opportunities for us to grow in the cleaning services sector. We will have better opportunities to develop our business as part of a larger entity,” says Ville Hellgren, Managing Director of Golden Shine Oy.
Golden Shine currently employs more than 20 people. The company will operate as part of PHM Group and will continue to operate under its own name and corporate identity.
“Golden Shine has solid experience and expertise in cleaning services, which will strengthen our service offering in the Southwest Finland region, especially in the area of special cleaning services.
