Tommy Fredriksen to head PHM Norway
PHM Group has appointed Tommy Fredriksen as CEO and Country Manager of Norway and member of the Group’s Management Team. He will start in the position on October 27, 2023, and report to Ville Rantala, CEO of PHM Group. Tommy Fredriksen is currently CEO of Sefbo, which is part of PHM Group.
Tommy Fredriksen has solid experience in managing and growing business in various industries. Since 2020, he has been CEO of Sefbo, which was acquired by PHM Group in September 2023. Before that, he has worked in various management positions, such as Chief Operating Officer of Tess AS and CEO of Biltema Group and Birgma International SA.

Jon Eldon leaves the position of CEO and Country Manager of Norway on October 27, 2023.
