Kiinteistötyöt Neitola Oy joining PHM Group
PHM Finland Oy has acquired the share capital of Kiinteistötyöt Neitola Oy. The acquisition is in line with the PHM Group's strategy and strengthens PHM's service offering in the northernmost part of Finland.
Kiinteistötyöt Neitola Oy is a property service company located in Rovaniemi offering a wide range of property services, such as maintenance, cleaning services, outdoor maintenance and repair services.
“We want to develop our operations and to ensure this we are now joining a larger entity. This will give us more operational security and we are be able to offer our customers property services more versatile than before,” says Pekka Neitola, Managing Director of Kiinteistötyöt Neitola Oy.
Kiinteistötyöt Neitola will continue to operate as part of PHM Group under its own name and corporate identity.
