Hagtorn in Sweden joins PHM Group
PHM Sweden AB has acquired the share capital of Hagtorn Fastighetsservice AB and Hagtorn VVS AB. The acquisition is in line with PHM Group’s strategy and strengthens PHM Groups’s presence and service offering in southern Sweden, greater Malmö area.
Hagtorn Fastighetsservice and Hagtorn VVS, employing 37 professionals, offer a wide range of property services such as indoor and outdoor maintenance, landscaping, cleaning services and plumbing services. The customer base primarily consists of housing associations.
