Allgranth strengthens PHM Group’s position in the Stockholm area
PHM Sweden AB has acquired shares in Allgranth Fastighets AB, Svensk Arboristtjänst AB and Svensk Utemiljö AB. The companies together are referred to as the Allgranth Group. The acquisition is in line with PHM Group's strategy and strengthens its position as a provider of residential property services in the Stockholm area.
Allgranthgruppen, founded in 2020, offers a wide range of property services, including association management, technical management, outdoor environment and property maintenance, as well as craft services for households. In addition to this, Allgranth also provides nature conservation services, arborist services and landscaping services. This diversity of services enables a comprehensive service that meets the needs of customers.
