PHM Group strengthens its presence in Central and East Jutland with the acquisition of Dalbøges Ejendomsservice
PHM Denmark has announced the acquisition of Dalbøges Ejendomsservice - a locally rooted and rapidly growing company based in Silkeborg. The acquisition marks PHM's fourth acquisition in Denmark in 2025 and is an important step in the Group's strategy to build a nationwide presence with local roots.
Dalbøges Ejendomsservice was founded by Andreas Dalbøge in 2016 and has since developed into a significant player in property services in Central Jutland. Today, the company employs around 30 people, serves a wide range of housing associations and commercial customers – and in both 2022 and 2023, the company received the Danish Stock Exchange’s Gazelle Award.
Andreas Dalbøge will continue as CEO reporting to PHM Denmark CEO, Kasper Bygholm.
“This is a big decision for me personally – and for the company I have built from scratch. It has been important for me to find an owner who understands our way of working and respects the community we have created with our employees and customers. I found that in PHM,” says Andreas Dalbøge and continues: “We get more resources, more colleagues and strong professional communities – but we keep our local identity and way of doing business. That was crucial for me.”
“Dalbøges Ejendomsservice is an example of what we look for in new PHM partners: A strong local company with healthy operations, skilled employees and an owner who is passionate about both people and business. With this acquisition, we also strengthen our presence in Central and East Jutland and take another important step in our Danish growth journey,” says Kasper Bygholm, CEO of PHM Denmark.
