PHM Group expands its operations to the United States
PHM Group has taken a significant step in its international growth by expanding its operations to the United States. With Communitas joining PHM Group, PHM Group enters a strategically important new market and establishes a platform for long-term growth.
Communitas, headquartered in Dallas, provides property management services to residential communities across Illinois, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, California, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
The U.S. represents an important milestone in PHM’s long-term growth strategy. The property services market is large and highly fragmented, offering substantial opportunities for both acquisitions and organic growth. In many ways, the market structure, particularly homeowners’ association management, shares similarities with the housing company model familiar from Europe.
